Steven Flesher

Steven G. Felsher is a Senior Advisor at Quadrangle Group LLC. Mr. Felsher currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Lumos Networks and Tower Vision. Mr. Felsher is an experienced executive with particular skills in finance, administration, governance, and other aspects of public and private company management. He spent most of his career at Grey Global Group Inc., a publicly-traded, global marketing services company. At Grey, Mr. Felsher was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, and had responsibility for essentially all non-client/media facing activities including financial management, human resources, capital formation and corporate development, investor relations and acquisitions. Mr. Felsher was the point person on Grey’s sale to a strategic acquirer, WPP via a robust auction process. He was designated the chief integration officer by Grey’s Board of Directors to oversee Grey’s merger into the acquirer’s operations. Mr. Felsher left Grey in 2007 and since then has been involved in board, consulting and advisory assignments for a number of companies with particular emphasis in the services, technology and intellectual property fields. Mr. Felsher is a graduate of Dickinson College and Yale Law School, and was a Thomas J. Watson Foundation Fellow.

John Tague

Mr Tague served as CEO of Hertz Global from 2014 - 2017. Prior to that, he served as President and member of the board of United Air Lines Inc where he had responsibility for all airline management functions. In his eight years with United Airlines, Mr. Tague also held other senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer of United Air Lines and UAL Corp. Prior to joining United, Mr. Tague was President & CEO of ATA Airlines. During Mr. Tague’s tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Air Transport World named ATA the best-managed medium-sized airline worldwide. Mr Tague also serves on the board of Choice Hotels. (Chh) and Reddy Ice., a private equity-backed company

Roxanne Taylor
Board Director, Brand Strategist, and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.

A highly respected marketing and communications executive and named one of Forbes’ “World’s Most Influential CMOs,” Roxanne Taylor helped redefine the role of the modern CMO during her tenure as Accenture’s chief marketing & communications officer from 2007 to 2018.

With expertise in strategy, stakeholder engagement, branding, corporate and executive positioning, global crisis management, media relations, investor relations and internal communications, Roxanne led Accenture through an unprecedented global re-branding and growth effort that placed the world’s leading professional services company at the center of today’s digital economy. Leading a team of more than 1,300 marketing and communications professionals in 50+ countries, Roxanne transformed Accenture’s traditional marketing and communications function into an agile, digitally infused organization that played a critical role in doubling the company’s revenue growth during her tenure, to US$40 billion annually. She made many other contributions to Accenture during her 23 years with the company, including playing an integral role in its initial public offering in 2001.

A hallmark of Roxanne’s leadership has been her deep commitment to diversity and inclusion—particularly gender equality, equal pay, and eliminating bias in the workplace. Roxanne turned her personal passion for inclusion and diversity into a business imperative for Accenture, serving as a leader on Accenture’s Diversity Council and playing a key role in setting Accenture’s plan to achieve full gender equality in its workforce by 2025.

Before joining Accenture, Roxanne held a variety of leadership positions across marketing, communications and product development at Reuters, Citibank and Credit Suisse.

An in-demand speaker, Roxanne has addressed government and business executives at events ranging from the World Economic Forum in Davos to Advertising Week and Cannes Lions, helping organizations of all sizes embrace digital transformation. She was honored with a “Changing the Game” award by the Advertising Women of New York and is currently a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, The AdCouncil, The Committee of 200, 100 Women in Finance, and the Women’s Forum of New York.

Roxanne’s extensive leadership experience has also made her a leading boardroom advisor and director for innovative technology companies. She serves as a director of Whalar, a creative and technology-driven influencer marketing solution; Pure Storage, a provider of all-flash data hardware and software solutions; and OpenX, the world’s largest independent advertising exchange.

Roxanne also serves on the boards of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), Reporters Without Borders, the US chapter of Reporters Sans Frontières, one of the world’s largest press freedom NGOs, and Only Make Believe, a nonprofit bringing interactive theatre to children in hospitals, as well as on the Business Committee of The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Glenn F. Tilton

Glenn F. Tilton most recently served as Chairman of the Midwest for JPMorgan Chase. He assumed the role as the company’s senior executive across its businesses and functions in the region, in June 2011, and focused on building and strengthening the company’s business and brand in the Midwest United States. Until December 2012, Tilton also served as non-executive chairman of the board of directors of United Continental Holdings, Inc., following the merger between United and Continental Airlines in 2010. Prior to the merger, Tilton served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of UAL Corporation and chairman and chief executive officer of United Airlines, positions he assumed in 2002, where he led the company through a $23 billion restructuring, returned the company to profitability and successfully completed the merger with Continental Airlines.

Prior to joining United, having completed the merger of Texaco and Chevron, Tilton was vice chairman of the board of directors of ChevronTexaco, as well as interim chairman of Dynegy Inc. Up to that time, he served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Texaco Inc., a position he assumed in February 2001. Tilton joined Texaco Inc. in 1970 and served in various marketing, corporate planning and operational assignments of increasing responsibility, including president of Texaco Europe, president of Texaco USA and president of Texaco’s Global Business Unit.

Tilton serves on the board of directors of Abbott Laboratories, AbbVie (as lead director), Phillips 66, and Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. He previously served on President Obama’s President’s Export Council and the Future of Aviation Advisory Committee. In April, 2014, Tilton was named executive vice chairman, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He also serves as board chairman of Skills for Chicagoland’s Future and on the boards for World Business Chicago Executive Committee where he serves as co-chair of the Plan for Economic Growth and Jobs, the Commercial Club of Chicago Civic Committee, The Economic Club of Chicago, Big Shoulders Fund, and the 100 Club of Chicago. In 2011, he was named as chairman of the American Cancer Society’s national program, CEOs Against Cancer.

JACK STEINMANN
Executive Producer

Jack is an executive integrated content producer with 25+ years’ ad agency experience, 15 of those with DRZP producing live action, animation, digital/ social media, experiential and more. His client list includes United Airlines, Hertz, Target, Coca-Cola, Harley Davidson, IKEA and many more. The work Jack has produced has been featured in The AICP Show: The Art and Technique of the American Commercial and The AICP Next Awards, and he’s also won Clios, AdFed Best of Show, and a Cannes Gold Lion.

LARRY GOLD
Executive Producer

Larry brings a wealth of production experience to the DRZP team. He has produced commercials, branded content and new media for over 30 years with some of the top production companies, advertising agencies and brands around the world. He has worked as both an independent freelance Producer as well as the Head of Production/EP at such companies as A Band Apart, MJZ and Boss Films. He has an in-depth knowledge of project management and is a skilled Producer who makes the process look effortless. His understanding of the art of filmmaking allows him to help translate ideas into memorable messages that connect with the audience. His brush with fame came in the form of a short live action film he produced which was nominated for an Academy Award. He lives in Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles with his family.

JENNETTE VASILJEVIC
Executive Producer

Jennette has built her career producing content at the highest level – from broadcast commercials and digital campaigns to documentaries, music videos and animated films – for clients such as Apple, Instacart, Samsung, Airbnb, Snapchat and Jay Z. At DRZP she has helped lead multi-million dollar productions for Lumen Technilogies, among others. Jennette has also held leadership roles at production houses, as Executive Producer at Big Block and Little Minx (RSA). Jennette has deep experience in the world of AR/VR production, and a passion for emerging technologies and the role they can play in brand experiences. She is equally adept with budgets ranging from 10K to 10 Million and has a deep network of crew and vendors, including directors, cinematographers, production designers, editors, artists, designers, and production partners both domestically and internationally.

DAN MACKAMAN
CD/Copywriter

With more than 25 years of experience as a copywriter, Dan has created smart and effective advertising for virtually every product category in existence. He’s been part of the DRZP family since the agency began, working on integrated branding initiatives for United Airlines, Dell, Hertz, OutSystems, Vertex and Wagner, to name a few.

MICHAEL PARROTT
CD/Copywriter

From cars and spacecraft, to toys and computers, to banks and packaged goods, Michael has worked on virtually every kind of advertising throughout his 30-year career, in virtually every kind of media. Prior to DRZP, he worked at agencies such as Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners and Merkley Newman Harty, and more recently helped lead the Northrop Grumman account at McGarry Bowen.  Michael is based in Manhattan and spends his spare time trying to keep up with his 9-year old son.

JULIAN D’ROZARIO
Partner Strategy & Creative Direction

Julian joined DRZP in 2019, and has quickly become an indispensable part of the team. He played a key role in the rebranding and launch of Lumen, closely overseeing the creative development of digital and social content. He has also been actively involved in Cognizant, Utegration, and LaCure. In addition to working on the creative side, he also helps manage the business operations of DRZP and DRZP Productions. Prior to joining DRZP, Julian spent several years in private equity. Julian lives in Los Angeles and is, of course, gluten-free.

KIM WITCZAK
Executive Producer

Kim has over 25 years of advertising agency experience, from account management to art buying and integrated production for a variety of industries, 15 of those with DRZP. As an Art Buyer/Producer, Kim is trusted by the creatives and clients alike. She manages all aspects of still photography productions, digital content shoots, illustration projects as well as CGI creation for broadcast, social, and print. In addition, Kim is also responsible for searching, negotiating and licensing stock imagery. She has produced studio and location photoshoots for global brands such as Dell, Lumen, United Airlines, BMW, Best Buy, Adidas and Target.

MICHAEL ROGERS
CD/Art Director

Michael’s 25-plus years of agency experience has seen him create memorable campaigns for some of the world's most important and beloved brands. At his core, he is a creative problem solver with a relentless passion for visual and narrative storytelling, brand identity, photography and graphic design. Subaru, Hertz, Bahamas Tourism, United Airlines, Holiday Inn, Citibank, NYSE, National Rental Car, Travelers Insurance and Thrivent Financial are some of the clients Michael has done award-winning work for, as both art director and creative director. His work has been recognized by Cannes, The One Show, Communication Arts, D&AD, ADD’'s and The Effies. Michael lives in Minneapolis with his wife Lisa and daughter, Maria.

Steve has an eye for great designand a simple philosophy: create and nurture smart, effective solutions that emotionally connect with an audience. He has been relentlessly pushing boundaries for over 30 years on many global and regional brands including Dell, Lands’ End, Hertz, United Airlines, Vertex, OutSystems and more. Steve’s work has been recognized by Clios, Cannes, Communication Arts, Graphis, D&AD, Mobile Marketing Global Awards, Archive, national ADDYs, the Art Directors Club of New York and the London International Festival. In addition, he has work in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, as well as the Library of Congress.

RUSSELL FUJIOKA
Business Strategy Consultant

Russell’s background in marketing and technology is as deep as it is wide. In CEO and CMO roles, has led international branding and new product development initiatives for technology innovators including Dell, Adobe, Xero and Sift Science. He has also held numerous executive positions at an impressive roster of advertising agencies, including serving as President and CEO of JWT Worldwide (Diversified Agency Services). In addition to his expertise in strategic communications and global branding, Russell is renowned for driving advances in SaaS software, machine learning, AI, media and the Internet. He has a long history with DRZP, both as a client at Dell and as a consultant for the agency.

TIM ANDERSON
Strategy Director

Tim is a brand strategist with over 20 years of experience inspiring a diverse range of brands to be more visionary, insightful, and impactful. He has worked as a consultant on a wide variety of brands including Lumen, Cognizant, Hyundai, Intuit, Neustar, eBay and GE. Tim helped introduce Brand Strategy at Edelman, served as Head of Planning at David&Goliath, and was Co-Head of Strategy at Phenomenon. He started his career by learning and honing creative strategy approaches at the likes of TBWA\Chiat\Day and The Martin Agency. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his son's soccer team and training for his next Ironman.

NATALIA BERGLUND
Digital Design Director

For the past 20 years, Natalia has been designing brand identities, websites and worked on digital campaigns for clients such as Volvo, Hertz, United Health Group, Target, United Airlines, Dell, Vertex, OutSystems and more. Her work has won numerous industry awards. Natalia’s designs are beautiful, intuitive, and intelligent. A Belarus native, she is a graduate of the prestigious Minsk Art Lyceum and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota.

Brand Integration Director/ Managing Director (NY)

During his career Steve has held top management positions in agencies large and small, with one commonality–client growth. Steve has been CEO and President of FCB NY, COO of Grey Atlanta, EVP/Managing Partner of the darkGrey business unit at Grey, and ran his own agency, smiths. Steve’s brand experience includes BellSouth, Borden, The Coca-Cola Company, Gerber, Hershey, Hertz, IHOP, Kraft/Nabisco, Labatt’s, Lysol, Met Life, Motorola, Nokia, Radisson Hotel Group, Unisys and Verizon. Steve also is a member of the advisory boards of 4Digital Inc., an AI behavior analytics software company, and the Fordham University Alumni Association—where he received his BS and MBA—as well as serving as Trustee and Marketing Vice-Chair for St. John’s Riverside Hospital Group in Westchester, NY. Steve has been a part of D’Rozario & Partners since 2015, when he was a senior account lead on the Hertz Global business.

Danielle brings a blend of strategy and client leadership to DRZP, with more than a decade of experience driving growth for startups and global brands. She began her career in account management before moving into strategy, giving her a unique perspective that bridges client priorities with creative strategic solutions.She’s worked at leading agencies including Ogilvy, Initiative, and Code and Theory, and originally joined DRZP when they first launched their LA office. Danielle has worked on major brands including Diageo, Amazon, Lumen, Cognizant, Nestlé, and Qualcomm. She has a particular passion for working with startups at their earliest stages which she's done for brands like OurCrowd, Lone River, JuneShine, and Noom, as well as non-profits like the FDNY, and Brand USA. Based in Portland, OR Danielle brings Northwest vibes with a grounded, collaborative, and research-driven approach to every partnership. Off the clock, you'll find her building her own local commerce startup, or chasing her toddler and mini labradoodle around the house.

CEO / Chief Strategy & Creative Officer

Over the last 30 years, Stuart has worked for blue chip clients at agencies across the country and around the world. Stuart founded DRZP in 2006, and along the way has earned the trust of C-Suite executives of companies ranging from Fortune 500 to technology start-ups. Prior to starting the agency, Stuart held leadership positions at some of the best agencies in the country, including Fallon Minneapolis. Stuart’s experience spans a diverse range of product categories including technology, hotels, cars, financial services, airlines, and healthcare. He is equally comfortable in the B2B and B2C space. His numerous accolades include the Grand Prix at Cannes, an Emmy nomination, Gold Effies and five films in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art. Outside of work, Stuart is an accomplished musician who has released four albums to critical acclaim. He lives in Los Angeles.
